Welcome to VidPix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidPix's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VidPix.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use VidPix.
• If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
• You must have the legal right to use and upload the media and faces involved in any project.

2. Description of Services

• VidPix provides AI-powered face swap tools, including Free Face Swap, Video Face Swap, GIF Face Swap, Photo Face Swap, Multiple Face Swap, and Batch Face Swap.
• Services include free and paid features. Free accounts receive daily credits; additional credits can be purchased.
• AI processing is performed on uploaded media files (photos, videos, GIFs) to replace faces based on user selection.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Create or share non-consensual sexual content or deepfakes.
• Defame, impersonate, or harass individuals.
• Violate any applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Upload illegal or harmful content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Use the Services in a manner that disrupts or damages the platform or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• VidPix retains ownership of the Services, including all software, AI models, and branding.
• By uploading content, you grant VidPix a temporary, limited license to process and deliver your requested outputs. All files are automatically deleted within 7 days after processing.

5. Payment and Credits

• Credits are required for certain operations and vary by media type, file size, resolution, or length.
• Credit usage is displayed before you confirm processing.
• Credits are non-refundable once used, except where required by law.
• Paid subscriptions and credit packs are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

• We generally do not offer refunds for completed face swap projects.
• If the service fails to deliver due to a technical fault attributable to VidPix, we may issue replacement credits or a refund at our discretion.
• For billing issues, contact our support team at support@vidpix.ai within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Privacy and Data Security

• We encrypt all uploaded files during transfer and processing.
• All files are automatically deleted within 7 days of processing.
• We do not use your files to train our AI models.

8. Disclaimers

• VidPix provides Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not responsible for how you use outputs generated by our Services. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and complying with laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidPix and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
